My only regret is that my vocabulary isn’t strong enough to sing the praises that this place deserves. Friendly service, fair prices, amazing food, and huge portions! I asked for omelette and they brought half of the farm! I couldn’t even enough to fit all of my left overs in a single box.

If you are having a bad day make sure to stop by at el jefes and get yourself a nice margarita! (Image below) super yummy. Their food is amazing i recomment the shrimp tostadas and the wet burrito. They have two locations in town and they offer delivery with p.towndeliveries (find them on facebook) they have a variety menu breakfast lunch dinner and coctails as well.

I tried the chicken fajitas today, 8/12/24 . The food was absolutely fabulous. The flavor was phenomenal. The chips & salsa are wonderful & fresh. I believe those chips are made fresh daily. I will definitely be back. I heard the pancakes are wonderful, I will have to try those next.

Great food and great service. I have always enjoyed eating at El Jefe's, the one off of hwy160. This was our first time at the one on Calvada. This eatery lives up to the quality food and service I've come to expect from El Jefe's. Very clean and beautifully decorated. I highly recommend this establishment. They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

The burritos were massive and flavorful and taco salad is massive here the price wasn’t bad I paid 14 dollars for my burrito with the green sauce I had the California supreme which included cheese sour cream , pico de gallo and fries and carne asada loved how the fries were season well like tacobell fries and Jalseea and host are cute what more can you ask more great food cute servers and you get chips and salsa and the drinks are big thank you guys so much and ladies thank you for your service I will come back again.

This is our first time at this location. I surprised my boyfriend and took him out to dinner, and I am so glad I did. The service was warm and inviting, and the food was hot and mouth watering. Someone told me this location was where the locals go, and now I know why. We both enjoyed the Tres Enchiladas Combo with green sauce and we shared the Shrimp Cocktail. Both come highly recommend. We appreciate the attentive servers and their helpers. We were welcomed with happy smiling faces and invited to return. This is on our top list here in Pahrump. Thank you.

Wow! This is a very good restaurant. I really enjoyed the vegetable burrito. It is hearty considering it does not have meat. Great service and the margaritas are perfect. Highly recommended!
